CORNERSTONE'S FACILITY
Cornerstone is located at 84 Sweeney Street., in Buffalo, NY, at the historic Gateway Harbor on the Erie Canal.

CALL CENTER
The in-house call center is staffed with qualified interviews and supervisors. Cornerstone utilizes a state-of-the-art Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing System (CATI). All fieldwork sessions are monitored and highly controlled.

Quality control is also achieved by extensive pre-test of all questionnaires before they go into the field, assuring error-free data collection.

All Cornerstone questionnaires are developed utilizing many open-ended questions, which provide the highest quality and most realistic responses.

FOCUS GROUP FACILITY
The Gateway Harbor location also houses a technologically-advanced focus group facility, with digital video and audio recording capabilities. All aspects of your focus groups can be handled in-house, from recruiting, to professional moderating, to detailed reporting and analysis.

There is even a fireplace in the viewing room!
